The reason is that in ZfD 3.x and ZfD4.x it is ZEN that is processing Roaming Profiles and ZEN has no such settings. Furthermore, because it is Novell has now changed this and in ZDM 6.5 it is Windows that is processing Roaming Profiles instead, so almost all Roaming Profiles Group Policies settings does work.
